Order Lead Time on In-Stock Model Skimmers:

We typically process orders within one business day of receipt for stock models. If we happen to be out of stock on a particular model, we will advise immediately with an estimated ship date.

 

Order Lead Time on Custom Order Model Skimmers:

For existing Model, customer order Skimmers, we quote lead times between 6-10 weeks currently.  It may ship faster, and we will advise of the same. The timing depends on the cycling through the electroplating and machining processes.

Order Lead Time on Brand New Model Mandrel & Skimmers:

For a new design, we quote 8-12 weeks with the additional time being spent on producing the new model mandrel.

Order shipping is via FedEx 2nd Day for Domestic orders and International Economy for International orders.  International shipments typically take between 5-10 calendar days for delivery.

Shipping Information:

Order shipping is via FedEx 2nd Day for Domestic U.S. orders and FedEx International Economy for International orders.  International shipments typically take between 5-10 calendar days for delivery to Europe and Asia.

Please note that tax and customs clearance can add significantly to delivery time. We email a copy of the commercial invoice when we ship internationally. This provides the customer with the information necessary to contact FedEx to facilitate delivery.

Rush orders can be shipped using FedEx Priority at an additional charge (i.e., the differential in FedEx charges.)
